If you received a recent notice of cancelation, please accept our sincere apology for the delay in our reopening. We share your disappointment! Our goal is minimalize any inconvenience and make your relocation process seamless.
Reservation made via an Online Travel Partner (OTA), may have received a generic cancelation notice, followed by our personal email notification. We are working with our online travel partners on temporarily modifying this automation. Reservations made via the OTA have a choice to rebook a hotel of their own choice through the OTA or keep the current reservation canceled and book directly with our team member at the relocation hotel. Our goal is to exceed our guest expectations at all times.
We have selected a comparable neighborhood hotel that will honor your Hotel Ändra guest rate and room type (based on availability). We have a dedicated team member here on property that will assist and answer any questions. We are available during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (PST). In addition, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond shortly.
Due to the complexity and personal guest preference, reservations are not automatically transferred. All reservations during the delayed period will be canceled at Hotel Ändra. A guest who is affected by this delay and relocation must connect with our onsite team member to make a reservation at the selected hotel. We are dedicated in making your visit to Seattle truly enjoyable and ensure you receive the same warmth and hospitality.
