We know traveling can be hard, especially when you are visiting a city you’ve never been to before or staying in a hotel you’ve only seen on the internet. Today we are answering the most commonly asked questions our guests ask in hopes it will better prepare you for your upcoming stay with us!
1. How do we get to the hotel from the airport?
a. We have multiple transportation options you can take from the airport to our boutique hotel in Seattle. The quick and easy (albeit a little more expensive) option would be a taxi or Uber. If you want to really immerse yourself in Seattle culture, you can hop on the Link Light Rail. Check out our step-by-step instructions on how to get to Downtown Seattle from SeaTac!
2. How do we drive to the hotel?
a. From Interstate 5:
Northbound: take the Seneca street exit (#165). Follow Seneca street to Fourth Avenue. Turn right on Fourth Avenue and drive six blocks to our waterfront hotel in Seattle. The hotel is located on the right-hand side, at Fourth & Virginia.
Southbound: Take the Stewart Street exit (#166). Follow Stewart Street to Fourth Avenue. Turn right onto Fourth Avenue and drive one block to Hotel Ändra. Our boutique Seattle hotel is located on the right-hand side, at Fourth & Virginia.
b. From Interstate 90:
Take I-5 northbound. Take the Madison Street exit and turn left at the first stoplight. Follow Madison Street to Fourth Avenue. Turn right onto Fourth Avenue and drive eight blocks to Hotel Ändra, which is located on the right-hand side, at Fourth & Virginia.
Valet parking is located at the front door of the hotel Ändra.
3. Are you pet friendly?
a. Yes, we are a pet friendly hotel in Seattle! We love welcoming your furry friends for their visit!
4. Do you have event space?
a. Yes! We have many options to meet your event needs. Anything from an intimate lunch to an executive meeting to a lively cocktail reception. We can work with you to create your perfect event in Seattle and you will have the luxury of working with Tom Douglas catering, who provides catering for our event space! 5. Do you have a fitness center?
a. We know how important it is to keep up on your physical activities or weekly workouts while traveling. We offer a newly remodeled hotel fitness center in Seattle with all new equipment. including 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical running machines, and an incumbent bike. You are sure to work up a sweat just like at home! There is also a spacious mat area for using exercise balls, great for stretching or practicing yoga (we have yoga mats as well). We also have a work out bench and dumbbells.
In addition to our well-organized fitness center, our concierge team will be happy to show you maps of the local parks, trails, and the recommended “jogging/running” areas of Seattle for the best winter outdoor activities.

6. Do your windows open?
a. The majority of our guest rooms windows do open! On a beautiful Seattle afternoon, you can enjoy a slight breeze while relaxing in your room.
