How do I view my reservation?

What is check in/Check out time?

Check in time is 4:00 PM local hotel time. Check-out time is 11:00 AM local hotel time.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

The hotel is 100% non-smoking in all guest rooms and public spaces on property. Smoking is only allowed outside/off-site of the hotel.

How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?

Wifi internet access is complementary during your stay 5 MBPS unlimited device limit. See front desk for code at check in.
Premium Wifi available 15MBPS unlimited device limit at $14.95 per day. Request at front desk.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes. Our boutique fitness center includes a stationary bicycle, free-weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, yoga mats, and balance ball. The fitness center is available 24 hours per day and is complimentary during your stay.

Do you offer bikes for use during my stay?

Our concierge can provide recommendations for local bike rentals upon your arrival.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Room service is temporarily unavailable. Dahlia Bakery across the street is open for tasty grab and go.

Do you have a business center?

Limited printing can be done by our Front Desk and Concierge.

Do you have a pool?

We do not have a pool.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

Though the hotel does not have a spa, we recommend Urban Yoga Spa for your needs located one block from the hotel. Our concierge can provide recommendations upon your arrival.

How do I get to the hotel?

Taxi, town car, or public transportation options are all available from the airport to the hotel. For taxi or town car services, exit baggage claim on the upper level sky bridge to “Taxi Pick Up” area. Our concierge may make town car arrangements for you by contacting us at

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

The hotel does not have a shuttle service. Fare-based town car transportation can be arranged through our concierge by contacting

What are our cross streets?

The hotel is located at the cross streets of Fourth Avenue (4th) and Virginia. Our address is 2000 4th Avenue, between Virginia and Lenora Streets. Fourth Avenue is a one-way and we will be on the right side.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

The hotel offers valet parking only for an overnight fee of $55.00 + tax subject to change. Parking is an additional fee unless our ‘Free Park’ Package is available.

If valeting a Tesla, please remember to bring your physical key card in order to valet your vehicle.

Will your room allow roll-a-ways/pack-n-plays? Is there a charge?

We have select rooms that will accommodate roll-a-ways. There is a $25.00 per night fee, subject to change. Please contact hotel to make arrangements for your stay.

Our pack-n-plays can be placed in all room types. (No Fee)

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Please contact the website that your reservation originated with to make changes to your itinerary. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

The hotel’s standard cancellation policy is 48 hours. (Please note: some reservation bookings may have different cancellation penalties; review your confirmation or itinerary for more details.) Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 PM local hotel time. We require a credit card authorization for room and tax, and $100 per night for potential incidental charges. We do not accept cash deposits.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

Age requirement is 18. If traveling with a guardian and have multiple rooms, this will be waived.

Is my ID/Passport required at check in?

We do require a photo ID at time of check in for all reservations.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes. Some of our rooms do connect to another room. Please specify your connecting room request during the reservation process.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms. These rooms include modified roll in showers with bars and facility. For more information on the accessible features of our hotel please contact our reservations team.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes. The hotel does charge an early departure fee of $100 up to one night’s room plus tax for departing the hotel early unless otherwise specified.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

We require a credit card for guarantee of a reservation; however, payment by credit card or cash upon departure for charges is accepted.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions of weight, height or types?

Yes, dogs are accepted. There are no weight, height, or breed restrictions. Guest must sign a release form upon check-in. If your pet will remain in the guest room while you are away, we ask that you provide us with a cell phone number so that we may contact you. You may also inquire with our concierge about dog sitting services that may be available to you.

Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?

At this time all our rooms are pet friendly.

I want flowers, chocolates, and champagne, sent to the room. How do I do this?

You do have two options. When making a reservation there is an opportunity to add Enhancements or contact our concierge to make your personal request:

Where does Seattle require proof of vaccine?

To protect customers and workers, preserve hospital capacity and help prevent business closures, Seattle and King County announced required verification of full vaccination status or a negative test to enter outdoor public events of 500 or more people and indoor entertainment and recreational establishments and events such as live music, performing arts, gyms, restaurants, and bars. This is effective October 25, 2021 and applies to all indoor meetings and events occurring regardless of size.
